Your board result does not decide that u can or not. The only dependency is how you perform in advanced so focus on that and prepare well for the some.
All the very best.

The JEE Advanced cut-off will be mostly around 30-35% of total score. But you will need to get at least 50% to get admission in good IITs.
All the best.

<p>With a JEE Advanced rank of 13957, you would likely be considered for admission to newer IITs or potentially some older IITs in less popular branches. Branch allocation, however varies greatly and depends on a number of variables including overall performance, particular IIT policies and annual fluctuations in competition Examining the most recent JoSAA counseling data in detail is essential for the most precise current ad... Hello Sajal,
Oh, getting confused? Just don't worry. It's quite common. Placements is actually a bit of complex subject. It fundamentally depends on economic and industrial climate in the country at the time of your passing out. Be that as it may, one cannot wish away the fact that IIT's followed by NIT's are the prime hunting grounds for private companies. These are followed by well-known deemed to be universities. So, I would recommend that you seek admission in this fashion. Best wishes to you.

No, IIT does not take admission after 3 years since IIT does not provide lateral entry and hence you can't get admission in IIT IIIT, etc. You can get admission in lateral entry in private colleges.

Hello Harsha,
The cut-off for SC students is very low in the JEE Advance Exam for SC student, so you have to score like around 60-90 marks out of 360, you can easily get into IITs. For more information about the IIT cut-off ranks and merit list click on the link given below:

Hello Shishir,
Placements in IIT are on a different level. Prospective employers take on graduates of IIT on their overall perspective and hence almost all are placed at the end of the cycle. Though as per the report, last year, 10% graduates at IIT Delhi could not be placed last year.

Management & IT Consultant,

There is no difference between degree B.Tech from DU and B.Tech from any of the IIT in respect of syllabus and teaching. But IITs have a better Infrastructure, brand image and recognition in the field of technology and engineering. Campus placement opportunities are higher in IITs in comparison to DU.
