For appearing there is no problem as you are paying for this but for getting admission you have to fulfil the eligibility criteria.

Yes, it's the best. You can study for JEE Mains as well as clearing your backlogs simultaneously. Take some tuition or join some class for this to happen successfully.
Degree from IIT has its advantage over degree from private colleges. Devoting one full year for JEE preparation has its own merits and demerits. Dropping a year means that you will get sufficient amount of time to prepare for entrance exam. It will allow you take mock up test and help to score good ranking in entrance examination. The fee in different IIT's is different and we're not raised for many years. These days, almost all IITs have enhanced their fees. In IIT, Mumbai it is approximately Rs. 65k per semester.
Top colleges apart from IITs for B.Des are UPES Dehradun, NID, GIFT Kolkata, IIFA Jaipur, Symbiosis Institute of Design Pune, Delhi University & NIFT. These institutes offers different different B.Des courses like Fashion Design, Product Design, Transportation Design etc. You can check the course details and admission process on website of these institutes.

With this u cant get IIT, NIT, or other gift universities utill u are in st category.</p><p>However You can get good universities with low JEE percentile. Some college or universities consider JEE percentile as part of their admissions. For example, My college sastra consider 50% in JEE and 50% in 12th for special category admissions.</p><p>It maybe help u to get good universities with decent course. </p><p>UPVOTE IF U FIND IT HELPFUL.</p>
First you have to appear in both paper 1 and paper 2 of jee main. And have to clear paper 1 and a min. score in paper 2 which is not hard to get. Then you will also have to qualify jee advance after that finally you have to appear for AAT (architecture aptitude test) you need to clear that too. You will get admission in IIT roorkee and khadagpur exclusively on the basis of AAT none other score will be counted.Good Luck.

Yes, many IIT's have part time programs for students to do their MS.
IIT is related to the engineering field, whereas IIMS is related to the medical field. IIT and AIIMS are both held on an annual basis, and with limited seats, passing these exams becomes more difficult for students. Furthermore, the number of seats in medical colleges is much lower than in engineering colleges. Due to the lesser number of seats available in medical colleges and the high level of competition in AIIMS getting into a good medical college is challenging.
