<p><strong>IIT Physics JAM cutoff 2025</strong> was released for admission to various PG courses. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. For admission to MSc in Physics, the cutoff in respect to the General All India category candidates was closed at <strong>425</strong>. For the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff for the same course was closed at <strong>771</strong>. For SC AI category candidates, the cutoff was closed at <strong>1618</strong>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>IIT Delhi BTech CSE cutoff trend has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for B.Tech under the General category for all India quota was 100. In 2022, it increased to 102. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 84 to 87 for OBC, 34 to 34 for SC, 17 to 18 for ST, 30 to 28 for EWS, 3 to 8 for PWD.
