under this those candidates r selected who just missed to get least marks under there category qualification.
this is a one year course,will be commence by IIT itself
after one year completion u will b tagged either pass or fail
if u pass this course, congratulation u r directly selected to take admission in iits of Your preferred branch.

Medicine and engineering have been the two most wanted careers for middle class India. In engineering, four years of good study at a decent college fetches you a well-paying job. But, if you do not get good college or in good college your semester marks are not good, then the job is insecure.
In Medical, five years of basic medical study, even from the best institution gets you nowhere. You have to do a post graduate specialization (another three years).
