Your academic results are very good and you also have a good CAT percentile. Since you belong to OBC category, you may have a chance for admission in New IIMs because the number of seats has increased in management courses after the opening of the new IIMs. You can check the call predictor from IIMs through the below mentioned link. The cut-off for IIMs closes at 88 percentile for OBC-NC category students but still there are a few chances available. https://http://shiksha.com/mba/resources/iim-call-predictor&l... Almost all NIT and IIT offer part time M.Tech but you have to attend the evening classes. That means you must choose the IIT or NIT near to your home town so that you can attend the classes.

The Department of Management Studies of IIT Madras has fully air-conditioned Wi-Fi-enabled lecture halls that are equipped with LCD projectors. DoMS IITM has a big library, conference halls, and provides various other facilities for students. The college has a big playground, modern classrooms, labs, canteen, and others.

GNIT IPU (Greater Noida Institute of Technology, IPU) is considered a good institution for pursuing a B.Tech degree.

While GNIT IPU is recognised for its quality education and placements, IITM holds a higher ranking nationally. Both institutions have their strengths, with GNIT IPU being a reputable choice for B.Tech studies and IITM being a top-ranking engineering college in India.

I, fortunately, you can enter IITs or NITs unless you crack JEE. For cracking JEE you require expertise in all three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Maths. If you can unable to get admission in these institutions now, you may try again by appearing for JAM examination conducted by IITs to seek admission in M.Sc degree course .
JAM is an admission test to Master of Science and other post-graduate science programs at the Indian Institutes of Technology, Indian Institute of Science, and other institutes.
