The cutoff for M.Tech in Data Science at IIT Roorkee varies every year based on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. The cutoff for 2022 was General: 60.0, OBC: 54.0, SC: 40.0, ST: 40.0 . However, the cutoff for 2023 has not been released yet. You can check the official website of IIT Roorkee for more information .

Yes you have to write GRE exam for doing Masters in Reputed foreign universities, it is s waived by few universities for spring 2022, fall 2022, and spring 2023. But there are top-ranked universities like the University of Florida and the University of Boston that offer some MS courses without GRE.21.
