Current Student- DTU, Delhi,

Yes, you can get fee concession in DTU.
I had applied for fees concession, as my family income was less than 1 lac per annum in my first year 2016 in month of November. I got fee 100% fee concession on tuition fees that is INR 75000.
INR 75000 will be refunded in my account in the month of December 2017.
So, it is a late procedure.
Staff of DTU is very lazy.

These include SimplyLearn, Upgrade, NIIT, and others. Since I'm looking for the same thing for my sister, I checked out the course's details. Because of its well-deserved reputation, NIIT was a no-brainer for both of us. The fees may go up to INR 1 Lacs. Additionally, the curriculum promises that you will get a position with a well-known company after finishing the programme.

You have not mentioned the course you have opted now and the course you want to change to. It is a simple no, if you want to jump say from B.Com to BCA or BBA or likes that's called a change of course. But, if you want to change your specialization within the course, say you opted for Accounts specialization in B.Com, but you wanted to do marketing then there is a procedure to get it change. You need to check with the college authorities about the procedure. I can answer it better for you if you can be more specific about the change you are seeking for. Thank you.

This process is ended last year that your class 12th marks are also counted in JEE marks but from this year onwards only JEE marks required as your score is also less so please try in any other college. And your rank is also so high so that it is impossible closing rank for any college through josaa is 50k.
