Dear Shagufta,
For getting a graduation certificate, you will have to clear the exams. The exams might occur semester wise or annually, depending upon the college. Avoid backlogs as they might increase the tenure of graduation. It is similar to HSC, but the only difference is that instead of 1 year, you have now 3 years and you have to pass in each year.

For joining any NIT, you have to appear for the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Mains after your class 12th. Admissions are given solely on the basis of your rank in JEE Mains.

You can definitely go for it. However, as of now, it is advisable to first focus on your class 12th. Try to improve your scorecard. Your good marks will always keep you ahead of others. After class 12th, you can surely go for CPT. I hope this would suffice.

Yes, you can. After graduation, you can take admission in 3 year LLB with 45% marks in graduation for general category and 40% for SC/ST. DU, BHU, PU, Mumbai University, Allahabad University, etc. take their own entrance exam for 3 year LLB for DU LLB, you must have 50% in graduation for general category.

TNEA is a counselling process for getting admission into Anna University and its affiliated colleges. You need to submit an online application at <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="www.annauniv.edu" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>www.annauniv.edu</a> or <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="www.tnea.ac.in" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>www.tnea.ac.in</a> and then enrol for TNEA counselling. There is no entrance exam and so you can get admission based on your board exam marks itself.

For MA in English, first you have to BA in English. For good colleges for Bachelors and Masters you can go for DU. For Masters in English a candidate should have completed BA or any graduate course after 10+2 with any field.

Career prospects are good and ever increasing.
You may find it difficult to find first job. It may take around 6months if your time to find a decent job as a fresher. Once you get through, there are many vacancies at upper level.
You may start looking for a job after clearing CT1,3,5,6.
You should be open to relocate as few cities have actuarial opportunities. Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, chennai, pune, gurgaon and harldy any other.
