For CS, pass three-stage-exam:
1. Foundation
2. Executive
3. Professional
Eligibility for the foundation examination:
a) Class 12th pass from any stream.
* If you are a graduate you do not need to sit in the foundation examination.
Eligibility for executive examination:
A) CS / CMA / CA Passout Foundation Examination
B) Graduation in any stream. After passing the executive exam, it is necessary to have 1.5 years of training. After the training, you are eligible for the CS professional exam.

Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination under 10+2 pattern with not less than 45% of marks which is recognized by the syndicate as equivalent to Higher Secondary Examination of the Government of Tamil Nadu, are eligible for admission.
Applications shall be invited by TNDALU in offline mode and can be obtained personally or by post from the Registrar Office of the University or from the college itself.

You need to fill the application form of IGNOU with respective details. You need to scan the documents of your HSC and SSLC and your recent photograph to submit the application. Fees is around 5000 for entire course and exams. I hope it helps.

There is two types of law courses LLB, which is a 3 year course and its eligibility is graduation and BALLB, BBALLB, B.Com LLB, which are of five years duration and its eligibility is 12th with 45%.
Many universities and colleges have either one of the course and a few having both of them.

You may opt for SAT Registration 2019 ( since you are in class 12 you can't appear in 2018) as per your convenience after fulfilling the SAT test eligibility 2019. Different countries and universities have different admission requirements. If you are looking for affordable options then check universities in Germany, Singapore, France, Netherlands etc. Germany is quite competitive and you must be having very high grades. Take the IELTS to meet English language requirements. The admission procedure is generally online, includes submission of online application forms, test scores like IELTS, online application fee payment , SOP, LORs etc.

Company Secretary Course is conducted in three different levels. Foundation Level, Intermediate Level and Final level. For being eligible for Foundation level, you should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognized board. Once you qualify the Foundation Level you can apply for Intermediate Level and
After qualifying Intermediate Level, you can apply for Final Level. If you have completed Graduation then you are not required to qualify Foundation Level. You can directly apply for Intermediate Level. The Duration of foundation and intermediate course is 8 months and 9 months respectively. Regards.
