For Patna University Ph.D. admission you have to fill the admissions form or entrance form online through Patna university website. Eligibility Criteria -
Candidates having Master's Degree with atleast 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-Point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). A Relaxation of 5% marks from 55% to 50% or an equivalent relaxation of grade will be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/EBC/BC/Differently able categories of candidates.

Admission requirements and criteria is different from university to university across the world. Please clarify which stream and which country, if you have decide. As a standard requirement, you must take IELTS or TOEFL for any university or country you want to apply to . Additionally there are university and country specific requirements which you must check once you have decided.

Candidates who pursued master's degree can apply for the National Eligibility Exam. The aspirants who pursued their post graduation in the engineering field can apply for CSIR NET Exam.
As per the eligibility criteria of CSIR UGC NET Exam, candidates who have secured at least 55% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for it. There is no age limit for those who want to apply for CSIR NET Assistant Professor. For JRF, the maximum age limit is 28 years. I hope it helps.

To become Software Engineer you may do BTech in Computer Science or IT of Software engineering. Most of Engineering colleges admit students based on their entrance examination. JEE is common admission test for IITs, NITs and other autonomous colleges. You are advised to appear for JJE Mains and other engineering entrance examinations.

Savitiribai Phule Pune University is much better than Mumbai University.
If you are a class 12th student then JEE marks will be counted for admission through CAP rounds.
If you are a diploma or B.Sc. student then also you have to go through CAP rounds, conducted by DTE, but in case of diploma or B.Sc. you will get direct second year admission to BE or B.Tech.

A good number of institutes in Tamil Nadu including Anna University, Periyar University and Satyabhama University and a few other deemed universities and colleges offer integrated M.Sc in software engineering for which +2 will be the eligibility criteria. Selection process may include direct application followed by aptitude test/interview considering marks scored in the qualifying examination. Details will be available for respective web portals.

You should write NDA/NA examination which will be held twice a year (April & September). To qualify in NDA examination, you should work hard in English Grammar (I would suggest you to read 'NDA Pathfinder') and in maths. Also, you should be well aware of the general knowledge related to our own country and should fix your timespan of answering a question.
Following these will be enough to crack this exam.

Hello Swapnil Gawande, I can understand your angst and anxiety. Armed forces personal war engaged in flying or servicing military aircraft are governed by a different set of rules. CEMILAC is the organization that authorizes aircraft to fly and also personnel to carry out maintenance of the aircraft while on the civil side it is the DGCA that does this job.
