1.identify list of institutes in Bangalore that offer such a course
2.check on the ranking of the said institutes & pick up top 3 .
3.check on the admission process in the said 3 institutes & start preparing for admission accordingly
For 2016 intakes, the admission deadlines are closed and the process is nearly completed by April. So you can aim for the Jan 2017 intake if you wish.
