As per JEE Mains eligibility in class 12th, you must had 3 subjects i.e. PCM. As you have said that you had arts, so you are not eligible for JEE Mains. If you are not satisfied by my opinion, you can visit mains site: jeemain.nic.in

I think you are asking for IIT cutoff it's same for international students also. No NRI quota in IITs
Candidates need to acquire at least 250 or higher and a score of 85-95 percentile in JEE Main for getting into IITs through the exam. Candidates need to score 280-300+ in JEE Advanced to get CSE in IIT colleges.

<p>If you have biology as a subject in 10+2, then you can apply for B.Des programme at IIITDM Jabalpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad and IIT Indore.</p><p>To apply at IIITDM, you need to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects in 10+2.</p>

The campus has legendary industry roots and specialised chemical equipment that newer institutes lack. However, IITs might offer better brand value for non-chemical fields like software roles.</p>
