No, it's not possible for you to get a degree before you clear all your backlogs. You should clear all the subject exams in a stipulated time mentioned by the university. Once you clear them successfully you will get your degree.

Yes, you can. If you can clear GATE, then you will be called for a separate written test in the institute you have applied to. If you clear that written, you will be called for a personal interview.
There are many good courses in IISC and IITs. Please check the webpage of the Mathematics department in their respective websites.

<p>The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for Integrated BTech +M.Techin Computer Science Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi other than General category are - 591 for OBC, 279 for SC, 161 for ST, 166 for EWS. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut-offs also change a lot depending on the All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.</p>
