<p>No, you cannot apply in Central universities. To get admission in DU, HCU, BHU in PG you have to appear for CUET PG exam. Central universities do not consider IIT JAM scorecards for admission. </p><p>But you can apply in NITs or IITs according to your category and previous cut offs. </p>
Join IIT coaching and study at home, the school syllabus of class 11th and coaching will take care of IIT JEE syllabus, but you also have to take care that you will have to do some self-study. It does not completely depend on coaching.

Unfortunately there are no program for Integrated BBA+MBA in IIM. Among all IIMs, Only IIM Indore run Integrated Program for BBA+ MBA. You can apply for IPMAT if you want admission in integrated BBA+MBA course in IIM. I can share my experience about Lovely Professional University.
