UGC NET Exam is conducted for the Lectureship and Research programme. If you have completed Masters in Computer Application you can appear in the UGC NET Exam. To appear in the UGC NET Exam you need to complete Masters in the Computer Application with around 55% marks (50 % marks for the Reserved and Female candidates).

Different countries have different requirements. Apply for your passport now, you can apply for the study visa only after an university sends you ab admission offer. For UK take the IELTS for English language proficiency and apply via the common application portal called UCAS. You just need yo visit UCAS website to find deadlines and documents etc. For USA you have to take the TOEFL instead of IELTS and very importantly the SAT must be taken. 1.You need a minimum of 45% in 10, 12th with any stream .
2. Some colleges also want their student to be fluent in English language and expect at least 75 marks in the subject.
3. Some colleges also conduct an entrance exam for the same.

It really depends on your interests. If you like solving problems with technology, this is the best time to work in Nanotechnology. The science is mature enough that it can be applied to problems in many different fields, but it's young enough that there is still a plethora of work to do. If you like entrepreneurship, there are still opportunities to start companies and the companies have a much better chance of succeeding than they did 10 years ago.
