Hello! As far as I know, there is a certain formula for converting the CGPA into percentage. Since this formula is not disclosed publicly by MU, you have to either contact your college(in case they might know) or directly the university for the same.

I don't get what you mean by reliable universities. Nevertheless to be accepted by Canadian universities you have to be academically strong, around 75% is required by majority of the top ranking ones. Good quality internship, projects, research work etc. will be considered. Your IELTS score is alright, so if you have a consistently good academic performance you will have a chance.

You may go for a degree in BBA from any good Canadian University or College depending on your 12th scores where the BBA degree would be for 4 years. Once you complete the degree, you may start working & go for MBA later securing good GMAT scores & work experience.
