Mechatronics is best at either Germany or USA. For germany you require 80% above and in USA you require SAT at undergrad level and GRE at master's level. Both the countries will also require TOEFL/ IELTS. In Germany the education is almost free wheras in USA you will require 30-40k $ per year depending on which university you get.

Hi,
German universities are highly competitive and selective. You must have completed your B.Tech with nothing less than 75% for maximum chances of admission. A very strong research oriented profile is required. A strong SOP and outstanding LORs are recommended. Take the IELTS. You may choose to earn a German language certification. However, most MS programs are taught in English. Check DAAD website for details. Further, you have to apply via the university-ASSIST portal.

Specialization is to be chosen by the student himself/herself. Institute will help you and guide you in choosing the same. For this, students should get a form filled before the 1st-semester ends and post the semester end exams, students get the sections allocated as per the chosen specialization.
