To apply for a certificate in nursing, you will need to meet certain eligibility criteria. This would vary from institute to institute, but on the whole it would require the following:
A Master’s degree in nursing
Minimum GPA requirement (most likely around 3.0)
State nurse license
You should be able to show the ability to successfully complete the relevant academic clinical concerns of an advanced nursing program.
You should have at least one year of full time nursing experience as a registered nurse, before applying for the program.
There is no harm in doing a job along with MBA. But in my view, the best is if you do a job for 1-2 years and then go for MBA as it will make more sense as then you will have the basic understanding of market and corporate culture.

To be able to pursue MBA, you need to first complete graduation in Bachelors degree. As your focus is on MBA, I would suggest you to opt for BBA. You can also opt for Integrated courses like B.Com+MBA or BBA+MBA. There are hundreds of good colleges providing those degrees. All it depends is from where do you wish to pursue these courses.

You could explore the following options:
1. Work for a couple of more years and once you have financially better off then pursue part-time MBA programme.
2. Appear for CAT, get a good score and take admission in a top MBA college. You can take a loan from the bank or seek financial aid/scholarship from the institute based on your weak financial status.
IGNOU is a central university and its degree are valid for job as well as higher stufues. You are advised to evaluate MBA by distance learning from IGNOU, which you can complete while working.

You can do digital marketing certificate course through online mode so it isn't necessary that the institute should be located in Delhi.
In my opinion, online is more convenient than the classroom.
