The procedure for MBA is same. There are ample entrance exams like CAT, XAT, NMAT, IIFT, MAT, SNAP and TISS. If you want, you can take a year for preparation.
If you want to pursue your career in HR then after completing you B.Sc, you can go for MBA in HR. Then, you can start your career in HR. But, for interviews you should be prepared for a common question being asked that why you changed your stream from Science to commerce or B.Sc in HS to MBA in HR and so on. So, if you want to become a HR, then go for MBA.
You cannot pursue MBA directly after completing class 12th. Instead, you can opt for integrated MBA programme (BBA+MBA).

Dear Arvind, to be a medical practitioner you must be registered and licensed with the Medical Council of the particular country. You may also have to take rigorous tests kije USMLE for USA. Decide which country you want to go to and google out information on their medical council's requirements. Salary pros similarly differ with countries.
The fee for MBA IT differs from institute to institute. It is advised to check the same with same with the institute you want to get admission in.
