I have firsthand experience that there are distractions while studying through apps, at last we have to open our books, your time will be wasted by that, it's just a suggestion that you should prefer a book instead of app, as apps have their own limitations, anyway it's up to you.

Again I would like to point out the same thing that the above ranks must belong to the current admission session which is most likely not the case as this year's Mains and Advance have yet not been conducted and the last year's ranks will not be taken into account now.
If however, you find it useful, from the given options I'd suggest that if you can opt for mechanical. You are basically asking about IIT. IIT doesn't provide lateral admission and not even regular admission through management quota. Your Diploma is however eligible for admission into mining engineering. I would suggest pursuing the course from another college.

Yes, you can apply for M.Sc Physics at IIT. For this, either you can go for GATE exam held every year in month of February or IIT JAM exam to become eligible for Master’s degree from IIT. Then, you can easily go for IIT institutes. Good luck.
