For B.Tech from IIT Kanpur, you must qualify JEE Mains and also hold a decent rank in JEE Advanced. Since, you hadn't given JEE Main, I don't think you have any chance of doing that. Also based on your 10+2 marks, you are not eligible for IIT Kanpur, even for NITs and IIITs.

Yes, for sure you can get job in any country but you have to go through some rules. If you want to work there as an engineer then firstly you would have to gain some experience, at least of 2-3 years, which will add up to your points and also, you have to clear IELTS with very good bands such as 7 or above and need some good money to be shown. This will lead to mark the table and you will get points out of hundred for your qualification.

266 is a very good score in JEE. I think she will get a rank under 500. And with this rank, she will get top 5 IITs. And your son will get a rank under 4500. With this rank, he will get new IITs very easily.

It fluctuates every year on the basis of toughness of the paper but in Advanced, you have to be in top 300 to avail CSE in top IITs.

It's great connecting with you. To secure a seat in one of the NITs, IIITs or GFTIs with a Respectable Branch, being from SC Category you must target a SC Rank of atleast 7k. I have completed 2 years in NIT Uttarakhand. So, I can give you a brief idea about life of an average student at National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand. About 1.36 lakh students have registered for BITSAT 2016. The candidates will compete for 2000 seats in degree courses offered by Birla Institute of Technology and Science at Pilani, Hyderabad and Goa. With this rank, you will get admission in newly opened IITs.
So, you should go for IIT-Ropar, IIT-Gandhinagar, IIT-Bhilai, as these IITs were introduced 6-8 years back.

80+ marks in JEE Advanced are enough for sc category students.
