A valid UGC NET score, along with a Master's degree in Psychology (like yours from Patna University), is a requirement for eligibility. Eligibility criteria: Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. Bachelor of Technology, BS, or DD candidates can apply for the programme at the end of their sixth semester with the approval of the DUGC of the concerned department. <p>Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 12137 and closing rank was 13850. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 3637 and 20858. Admission to B.Tech. in Civil Engineering at IIT Mandi - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.</p>
