Hello Robin, IIT JAM exam is a national level admission test for selection of candidates for admission into M.Sc. Ph.D. and other integrated courses. The candidates who have completed the graduation degree in Science, are eligible to apply for the IIT JAM exam. To prepare for the exam, the best strategy is to solve the previous year question papers and mock tests. By solving the previous year papers will tell you about the difficulty level of the exam and type of questions asked in the exam.

The eligibility criteria for B.Sc. Plus M.Sc. Economics in IIT is to require a minimum CGPA of 5.5 on a 10 point scale or it's equivalent to more than 55 percent of marks, taking into consideration all the subjects.

For MBA, you must gain some work experience, take your GMAT and build your profile to match the requirements set by the school. Visit the university website and check the admission requirements, criteria, class profile and understand the admission process. You must prepare yourself accordingly. Not only you have to do well in your academics you must have an all-rounded profile.

If you have prepared your state board nicely, then 1 year preparation is enough for JEE. Because in JEE, they ask questions form 11th and 12th only. And, you should go through previous years question papers.

<p>To get a seat in a MTech course of IIT Jammu, the aspirants need to have a valid GATE score. A cutoff list is then published indicating the minimum exam score required for a candidate to become eligible for admission. Candidates who meet the cutoff score have to participate in COAP counselling. There is no other provisio for admission to MTech programmes of IIT Jammu.</p>

<p>There are a total of <strong>72 seats</strong> for MTech programmes of IIT Jammu. The highest number of seats are for MTech in Data Science and Information Security courses, i.e., <strong>18 seats</strong>. Candidates are admitted to the PG courses based on GATE scores and educational qualifications. The seat allotment is carried out through COAP counselling. Further, it must be noted that the mentioned seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.</p>

Both are excellent MBA programmes provided by IITs also have a high rank in top business schools. So, we decided to take a look at the MBAs offered at IITs. Of these seven institutes, only three institutes i.e. IIT-Delhi, IIT-Madras and IIT-Kharagpur admit students from the non-engineering background for their MBA programme.
