AMU for MA History is a good course. All is need is to be interested in that subject.For admission in this university you have to face an entrance examination in some courses there are interview followed by the entrance examination (You only have to face interview if you qualified the entrance examination).

See, to join ATS, you don't need to clear any entrance exam because they have their own procedures and criteria to select a candidate for the team. Admissions are competitive in Germany. The general procedure is online and you must apply visa university-ASSIST, it is the common application portal for applying to German universities. GRE is not a requirement for Germany. You need to be highly academic, 75% is preferred. In addition quality project work, research work, publications, any patent work, etc. must be demonstrated. It is right that your Marks of all three years are taken into consideration in your MBA selection, because the criteria of selection in MBA is a minimum of 50%, and then you have to clear the cutoff of the following entrance and then group discussion and personal interview is going on in top b college like IIM , SP Jain, Jamnalal Bajaj, etc college. You need to register yourself for all required details on their portal. Your personal details, course details and you need to upload all required documents suggested by the portal. Once you complete all the procedures, you will be given a link to do the payment for the course. Once the payment is done, you will get an email with your enrollment number and regional centre. As you have completed your graduation, also, you have two years of work experience. You can definitely go for MBA in distance learning mode. For that, you need to appear for the CAT entrance exam. After securing a good score you will be eligible to take admission in any MBA colleges who provide distance learning programs. Some colleges like NITIE, Mumbai is considered as best of them.

Hi,
M.Tech in CS course is not available at IET-Lucknow. Hence, you have to exercise for other colleges. Further most of the colleges are accepting GATE score for their MTech programs. The validity of GATE score is remains for three years from the date of declaration of GATE result. The minimum qualifying cut off is 25 and its varies from college to college.

Scholarships are based on merit, they are given by the universities (you are applying to) to deserving students. Generally applicants are considered by default and the most meritorious ones are considered. Very good academic grades, a good GRE score, above 310, TOEFL score above 100, extracurricular activities, SOP, recommendation letters etc are evaluated.
