Hi Shriya, you have to first check the admission requirements on university websites, the entry requirements are different everywhere. You have to check if you are eligible for architecture or not with the varying background. Usually after B.Com you are not eligible for further studies in architecture. You may apply for Bachelor's degree again but now you have already wasted 3 years. So write to some universities abroad and see.

If you have to get admission into class 12th, then simply change your school and obtain the migration certificate. But word of advice, state boards are the toughest and do not play with that for your class 12th class. If you want to take advantage of some reservation like domicile then simply change school to that domicile area.

Hi Shivraj, You are required to report your SAT scores to universities of your choice, you have to select the universities during your test. The scores will be sent automatically to the universities by College Board. Universities have their own methods of selecting students thereafter which is on a merit-based. They will compare all the student profiles and select.
The process of admission is also online, you should visit some university website and you will find all these details.
