For Bachelor's degree, an overall score of 6.5 with no section less than 6 is generally required but you need to check on university websites for specific requirements. Yes, students securing 80%+ aggregate in class XII (CBSE/ISC/state-boards of 2017/2018) are exempted from the selection process. Selection will be only on the basis of Amity application form. Direct admission is not applicable at Jaipur campus.

You need to give GATE exam and score high to get a seat for the post graduation ie M.Tech. As you are out of touch of routine engineering studies you might need to put in regular hours of studies for the exam. Alternatively I suggest you do MBA with specialization in HR through Part-time MBA course or through distance education.

For getting administration in hotel management, there is an entrance exam CET through which you can get admission in hotel management and in 12th, you must get more than 50%.
