If you are appearing for MHCET, you do not need to apply for colleges as the admission process is centralized. If you want to apply for colleges using your CMAT score, you will need to apply for colleges separately on their respective websites.

At least 2 or 3 years work experience would be required after you complete your B.Tech. And if you are a brilliant student you can be considered. GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS scores must also be submitted. HEC is amongst the top ranked business school. These are mentioned on the university website by the way. HEC also has top ranked MS Management programs which you can apply into without work experience. You may prioritise your requirements and decide.

To pursue BS (they don't offer B.Tech) in Canada, you need to research which University you wish to go to. Check the application requirements, take SAT/ACT and TOEFL. Submit your applications. The cost would come out to be about 80 L to 1.2 Crore for the complete course but you can try for scholarships.

MBA abroad requires applicants to gain work experience before applying. If you want to apply without your work experience you must have excellent academics and a very strong profile. Otherwise, you will only be able to apply to bottom ranked schools which I won't recommend. Invest your money wisely. Basically to study MBA abroad, you must have work experience, take the GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS. To get admission in IIMs, you need to qualify CAT exam with more than 90 percentile. Your past academic performance should be good, and you need to clear the GD-PI round.

According to me, USA is the best choice for psychology. The fee structure is high. The fee is around 35 lakhs to 40 lakhs. You have to maintain good score in your Bachelor’s degree, and also score well in TOEFL and GRE because with good score in GRE and TOEFL, you can get a scholarship.
