It is possible. Just apply for some college aboard online. But it is good to study in our own country till 12th standard. But after complete class 10th, you don't have that much of maturity to decide about your future or career and studies in a foreign country is very difficult. There is a tremendous scope after class 12th for your Bachelor's and Master's degree aboard.

There is no direct MBBS program in Canada and you cannot study MBBS directly after 10+2. You have to apply for a Bachelor degree there, pass the degree and clear the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) before you can enroll into a medical school. Admissions are extremely for medical school and so are getting scholarships which are completely on merit basis. Most universities do not accept international students too. Medical studies may cost around CDN 25,000 to CDN 75,000.

It's not possible. As per AICTE circular of 2009, applying to a distance learning engineering program has been banned and illegal, unrecognised. This year, may be cut-off will be down as CBSE will not give grace marks to any student. You can also go for that courses which cut-off is low such as B.Sc in mathematical science.
