For doing MBA in HR you need to decide if it is PGDM or MS you want to go for. So the exams you can appear are CAT, CET, CMAT, NMAT, XAT, SNAP, CMAT, MAT and ATMA. Some of the exams are college specific like NMAT for NMIMS, XAT for XLRI and SNAP for Symbiosis. For PGDM you can appear among any of the exams mentioned above (still check college wise individually) but for MS CET is the exam you need to appear.

There are many universities in America, which have tie ups with LPU, so it will not be a tough task for you to get admission in your desired college. For studying in Germany, you must first of all have a very good percentage. Admission requirements are different with different universities, you have to check the university websites before applying but generally, you must take the IELTS and a German language proficiency test depending on the university.
For giving SAT, you have to register yourself on <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="www.collegeboard.com" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>www.collegeboard.com</a>. SAT exam is offered in October, November, December, March, May and June for international students. You will also have to take SAT subject test and it varies from University to university. If you going to apply for early action/early decision admission then you have to take SAT in October and November. Normally speaking the institute or the college where you had taken admission is the agency who can give answer to this, since if they have a tie up with some foreign university or college then students from here are sent abroad for the last year or last two years of study and then they get a degree from that foreign university. However if you have joined the college where there is no such tie up then I am afraid you have no option but to complete your graduation here in India and then think of going abroad for doing your MS.
