See, if the branch is not a barrier, you should definitely go for IIT or IIIT, as it stands out on its own and you'll get a great exposure there. But if you are sure with your branch that's EC, then NIT-Silchar is a great college.

IIT Tirupati CSE cutoff 2026 is based on candidates' performance in the JEE Advanced entrance exam, followed by JoSSA counselling. In Round 1, the CSE closing rank was 5342 for the General AI category. In 2025, the first-round closing rank for the same branch was 4620, while in 2024 it was 4469. So, considering the three years closing ranks, JEE Advanced has not seen any drop in the CSE closing ranks during Round 1 admission.

You can join any coaching centre (I don't want to mention any names). My humble request is, if you want to get into IIT and want to join any coaching centres , then please join during your 11th grade itself. Otherwise, you will just get fed up with your studies. At least join during your grade 12th. If you join during grade 11th, they will not pressurize you. So, that you can concentrate on both your board exams as well as IIT.
These two years are very crucial in your life. So, don't waste the time even if you don't get an IIT, you can easily get some of the best universities like VIT, BITS, etc. through these coaching centres.

For IIT Hyderabad , CS field Cutoff for 2016 was

Yes, you may get. You have a fair chances of getting a seat in IIT just wait for counseling procedure that is CCMT but I have doubt that whether this IIT offer this course in which you want to take the admission since many other IIT too offered this course but this IIT does't because last year also this IIT did not release the cutoff for power electronic. So I suggest you take just verify whether the course is available in the IIT or not. Also check other IIT like Delhi, Bombay this might offer seat in power electronic.

If your question relates to someone else, I must share that in India Scholarships are more of 'Specific' scope and availability. Like Caste Based Reservation is sometimes restricted to state residents and many such benefits as well it is unlikely that a foreigner can avail a scholarship just by getting into IIT. It is also to be noted that for someone joining IIT from. Abroad, the Academic Credentials, IIT Ranking as well as other credentials can get some financial support from his own country. It should be considered Tough to get such MCM for Foreigners.
