To apply for AFCAT the minimum education qualification is Graduation (Three Year Course) in any discipline from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent. BE/B Tech (Four Year Course) from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent. So from above you ae not eligible for AFCAT.

If you failed to attempt the exam or scored a poor score in the CLAT exam, then still you have the option to follow your goal.
