<p>No, Indira Institute of Business Management admissions are not merit-based. The institute selects students on an entrance basis only for both MMS and PGDM courses. Some of the accepted exams include CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ MHTCET etc.</p>

Hi, GMAT preparation requires a dedicated study plan. You must know which areas you are good and weak in. Take mock tests and you will know your current position. You can then prepare accordingly. It is best if you take help of a coaching center.

This portal does not allow us to endorse or advertise any external organization. It is entirely up to an individual if he wants to take coaching or not. Take mock tests, if the scores are really low and you feel you require additional help take help of a coaching center. You must prepare a study plan and stick to it for better results.

If you are pursuing PGDM than fees is not negotiable. For some minority like Jain and Muslims PGDM have fees concessions. If you are pursuing MMS than it depends upon your cast. Yes for admission you require to pass the entrance exam. You can apply for CET/CAT/ATMA.

One needs to develop quant and verbal skills along with analytical skills to score a decent GMAT score and one needs to prepare for at least 3-4 months to acquire these skills. That being said, if you are pressed for time and would still like to prepare for the GMAT in 10 days, you may go through the exam pattern and the exam syllabus first.
