Best option would be to go with HR then marketing then advertising. IIM is the best college. Here are some links that give you information about the colleges, fees and admission procedures. While pursuing B.J. M. C. you'll learn Print, Electronic Media, PR, advertising, Radio and so on. If you're highly interested in PR course then choose a Diploma course in PR. I don't know about top college in Maharashtra but search in Pune for top colleges for B.J. M. C. or PR course.

Advertising and Public Relation:
These two fields are different as it comes under Mass Communication and Journalism field. You can choose a specialization course in Advertising and a specialization course in Public Relations.
