BITS, LPU, SRM, KLU are the top University colleges in india. Give them the first preference. These colleges has a great placement record. Also provide good education, facilities, infrastructure to the students.

If you are trying to apply for express entry. Then you are better off with a Masters. There are services available on the Canadian government website to check weather you are eligible to apply for express entry.
