Yes Alexander College scholarships reward good achievement in specific discipline such as Psychology, Commerce, etc. These scholarships are offered in each major term- Winter, Fall and Spring. Value of this scholarship is CAD 1,200 each. Eligibility criteria for this scholarship can be checked in below mentioned points-

For UG admission such as BBA, Indian student must be 16 years of age. It is also important to finish senior secondary education from board such as CBSE, etc. For Indian students from non English speaking countries, min IELTS band score of 6 is important.

The Alexander College provide financial awards for students who excel in chosen fields of study. These awards of CAD 1,250 are available every academic term. If you perform well in degree, you may qualify for this scholarship. Scholarships awarded during Fall Sem are disbursed in Winter Term and those awarded in Spring Sem are distributed in Winter Sem. These scholarships cover many areas of study such as- Norman Swartz Philosophy Scholarship, Asian Studies Scholarship, Computing Science Scholarship, etc..
Eligibility criteria to get these scholarships are to have and maintain academic performance, GPA of 2.67 in 9

Student from tier 2 or tier 3 cities can join Alexander College, but it is necessary to satisfy all requirements. Students looking for admission at this university for UG courses must have min 80% in class 12 from recognised board.
Avg Indian student from tier 2 or tier 3 cities for admission at Alexander College is also required to show English Language proof such as IELTS with min 6.5, etc. Admission at Alexander College is bit tough, so Indian students must be prepared with best abilities and make sure to meet all eligibility criteria to get candidature at Alexander College.

Unfortunate truth is that even if Indian student is eligible, there is no guarantee of financial aid.
Why? Simply because there is not enough money to fund everyone and decision of who gets it comes down to how your course instructor assesses you.

As an international student applying to Alexander College, you don't really need a very high GPA. On a scale of 4.0, a 2.0 is all you need. Sounds like a win? Well, not quite, you are also required to meet some other important Alexander College requirements which make your profile stronger.
