As an Indian student, you should apply for the Conestoga admissions via the OCAS International Portal.
The direct application or the website is only for domestic students. Indian students should apply via the OCAS along with all the important documents and the application fee.

Yes, students can defer the start of their studies at Conestoga College. Here is everything you need to know about programme deferrals at Conestoga:
- A deferral only works for the same programme at the same campus for a future intake
- Change of programme or withdrawing application is not considered a deferral
- Request for the same can be made via the OCAS Admission portal
- Once a deferral is requested, the OCAS application gets locked, and no further changes or updates can be made

No, Conestoga College Canada usually does not allow late payment of tuition fees from Indian students. The college applies an initial penalty of CAD 150 (INR 10.3 K) to students who miss the fee payment deadline.
Conestoga College may also opt to remove a student's pre-registered status, suspend student account, or even cancel enrollment.
