Yes you can. I have finished an online Post Graduate programme in Full Stack Software Engineering. I ultimately decided to enroll in NIIT after a lot of trial and error. Quality of any institute depends on the students be it IIT, IIIT, NIT etc. The Brand value they create depends upon factors like top class faculty members present, funds received from government etc. However such factors just ACT as catalyst initially, while the long term success depends only on the students.
