Yes, you can apply. But you have to check the eligibility criteria of different universities before applying. Applying to a top university will be difficult.

Your question is wrong. Salaries and market trends differ and keep changing and you cannot compare those to India. Firstly you should know what your interests are and what you want to do. Based on your subjects you may want to do biotechnology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, etc. If you want to know about job skills you can check the immigration websites of countries you want to study in and look at the labour shortage list. You will find out the professions in demand.

Yes, you can. If you maintain above 75% chances in Canada will be good as universities there are highly of competitive nature.

If you want to defer or postpone your admission you should be asking it directly to the university since it's their decision. Please email La Trobe about your situation and also enquire about any scholarship options if they have. You should also know that banks may take 7 to 20 days to process the loan, some may even approve it within 24 hours. Government banks will take time. You can check with Credila and Avanse education loan. For the rest of the query about deferred admission you have to seriously email the university without wasting further time.

Three years of study leading to graduation is acceptable to universities abroad for admission in PG courses. But there are many nuances in the whole process. I would therefore advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students to Australia.
