Canada will be out of scope, but you will get options in Australia. If you want to study in Canada then a PGD from a SPP college is the only option. You should also be more flexible with your country choice, explore more options, check countries like Netherlands, Ireland, France, etc.

Australia Masters is a two-year programme. PGD is a one year programme. If you go for one-year programme, you will not be eligible to apply for permanent residency. Hence, it is better to do a two-year programme.

You are totally changing your stream from engineering to hospitality industry. All universities will not accept this. However, a few universities will accept. To pursue your PhD you have to start finding universities offering research work and PhDs in your field and proactively share your research interests and questions to with the specific department supervisor. There is no guarantee that every department head will be interested in your research topic so there is no question of suggesting you profile specific universities. Email every top university in your desired country, share your papers and publications, if any with them and share your ideas with them. They will get back if they like you.

For an MBA abroad, you will need minimum 5 years of work experience after your graduation to be eligible. I would suggest you to focus on short-term goals (good CGPA, good job, good learning), then a solid industry experience, and then the MBA. That will make a good profile for your selection!
