Your grades are good enough and you can apply to most of the universities. Different universities have different admission requirements. Please check university websites for the requirements and deadlines and shortlist 4-5 universities or even more and apply. The process takes time so you have to start preparing 6-8 months before the intakes. Apply on time. Your SOP and LORs, projects, internship etc will also be evaluated.

You will get options but not top ranked ones. Your overall application must be very impressive including your personal statement.

12 backlogs is a big number. Without a strong profile it will be difficult. Canada seems tough. Check options in Australia and may be countries in Europe.

It is a good option but get into a good university having strong industrial tie-ups. You must also perform very well in your academics. You should also check the SOL to know the professions in demand currently, please go to the immigration Australia website to check the skills in demand and have an idea.

You can apply, check options in Europe. Canada and Australia will be too competitive basis your grades. You may still get a few options in Australia. Your SOP, LORs, IELTS or TOEFL score will also be considered.

Sorry to disappoint you, the cost of Masters in Australia with living costs for 2 years would be a minimum of around 40 to 50 lac rupees. You can try UK which will again be around 16 to 20 lac rupees but no post study work visa is given currently. Try Germany if your scores are above 75% as you may get a scholarship and even without it the costs are very low as far a tuition fee is concerned.
All the best.
