Basically, every country expects some amount to be deposited in any of the bank accounts which can be used by only the student when he reaches the country. Based on the university and your annual fee, the amount will be fixed. So, try to get the list of universities and their fee structure and plan your budget.

There are multiple scholarships can be applied by the students. If you belong to any of the minority categories you can apply for the state scholarship for the student who are willing to go to abroad for the higher studies. Based on your academic percentage you can get one. Based on the university for which your applying scholarships can differ.

Yes, of course. Master's Degree from Germany is valid in other national countries too. Germany is giving a proper competition to other national country like USA and UK. The degree is recognised at an international level by various countries like Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, UK, etc.

Post graduate Diploma in Canada will cost you between INR 15 Lacs to INR 20 Lacs. It is one year programme and in Canada, if you do this one year programme, you are allowed to stay back for one year. Only if you have done 4 year degree programme, you can do this programme. M.Sc in UK is a one year post graduate degree. This cannot be compared with PG Diploma, because it is a post graduate degree. Canadian universities accepts 16 years of education I. e. 10+2+4. But you can apply for Canadian colleges which accepts 15 years education. You can go for pathway programme through college and them apply to the university. The requirement is the very good academic score and IELTS / TOEFL is required.
