Please reframe your query, it seems to be incomplete. You may add details in the description column.

Please mention your grades. If you want to study, your academic grades will be checked. Your IELTS score is also low, any PG level student must score 6.5 and higher. You can email the universities before you apply.

I would suggest you to check the SOL Australia list for skill shortages and if your degree is in demand. MS management is an excellent choice for students not having work experience, yet looking for management education. The opportunities are good but Europe is more popular for MIM programs.

It is better if you apply for a student visa, gain work experience through the post study work permit scheme and then apply for a PR. Look for a two year MS course for better PR prospects. However, please do note that no course can guarantee you a PR. You must be qualified and meet the skill shortages of the country at that moment. The decision is finally yours. If you manage to get a job directly without a student visa you are lucky.

I am not clear about your question if it is the required documents then you can check on the website of DIAC, alternatively you can use the services of a good qualified overseas education consultant available in the city you live in. They do not charge any processing or consultation fees for Australia if you apply through them. This will make it easier for you as they will handle the entire visa process for you.

Check out Deakin, Wollongong, University of Western Sydney, however if you have any band less than 6 then it may be a bit tough, but nothing is wrong in trying. All the best.
