You pursue something related to your field of study which is mechanical engineering and in which you are interested in. You would be knowing as to what subjects are available for you to do your Masters in, so select a university which offers that and go for it. All the best.

Yes, Australia is good in terms of job prospects for mechanical engineers. Are you planning to do your MS or are you yet to do your BE? Either way chances of employment are good for this stream. All the best.

You can, but your IELTS/PTE score is a matter of worry. It's too low and won't be accepted. Either you must retake or complete an English pathway program.

You need to have an academic score at graduation level of at least 65% or more and an IELTS score of overall 6.5 with no band less than 6, work experience is not compulsory, however having 2 years plus of supervisory experience would add weight.
MBA in Australia comes in 3 durations, 1 year, 1.5 years and 2 years depending on the college or university you are applying to. However, let me caution you that while you may save in terms of fees and living expenses you will not be eligible for PR later as the qualifying duration of study is minimum 2 years.

Complete your B.Tech with good grades, more than 75 percent marks are recommended. University scholarships are awarded on merit, so you must be very good academically. Higher the grades, better the chances for admission and scholarship. You must also take the IELTS exam before applying. An overall IELTS score of 6 and above is required.
