Hello,
Are you referring to aeronautical engineering? I don't think there is any program called MS in aeronautics.
Please check University of Sydney, University of New South Wales (UNSW), RMIT University and University of Adelaide. They have good programs related to aeronautical sciences. Check if the programs are open to international students.

Hello Nikhil,I will advise you to email some universities in this regard, every university has different requirements. Some of them has not explicitly stated that on their website. They will respond if you reach them out.

Hello Kuneek,
As far as the Australian and Canadian universities are concerned, mainly the top ones, you need to score no band less than 6. But with this score, you can still apply to the universities, you might get the conditional admit if your profile is strong.
Better, you can try submitting your Medium of Instruction certificate from your home university, here in India. They may consider this as an IELTS equivalent.

Try to score at least 70% in your graduation. Thereafter, give the paper of IELTS and GRE and score 6 bands in IELTS and +310 in GRE to get the admission in Masters in Australia.

To be a dentist, you must obtain the necessary qualification and clear the licensing examination. Admission to an undergraduate degree is made on the basis of academic merit. As an international student you must also take the IELTS or TOEFL.
Australia has nine Dental schools stated below. Please go through the admission requirements pages of the universities for university specific requirements and admission process.

You class 12th score is little low, but IELTS score is good. You can appear for SAT exam and this will increase your admission chances.
Below mentioned is the list of best universities:

Amount of Rs.20 lacs is to be shown in the account, but you can take it back as soon as you take a class there. Yes, last 3 years of ITR is required. You need to consult an experienced visa consultant for that.
