Hello Shiva,
You can check universities under Australian Technology Network:
1. University of South Australia.
2. RMIT.
3. Curtin University.
4. QUT.
5. University of Technology – Sydney.
Your grades are good and I am sure that they would want to admit you. Strong reference letters and statement of interest will also be required. You can check your IELTS score once, most of them requires 6.5 band.

There is no engineering college which can offer job abroad. Legacy IITs and BITS - Pilani every year offer campus placement and offer placement abroad to few students.

Hi,
Most of the universities ask for resume, letter of reference and online application to be filled. If your all arrears are completed in the course time, it won't matter. Especially for B.Tech degree, it is understandable that students do have backlogs.

Both the countries have good prospects for international graduates. You can refer to the SOL of both the countries and decide basis the skill shortages, expenses, climate etc. Australia's living cost is higher than Canada whereas immigration process in Canada is easier. Irrespective of all the factors you should aim for a good or top ranked university and do academically very well to get a job. Both the countries are equally competitive.

Dear Harry,
You need a minimum of 65% or equivalent in your class 12th and an IELTS score of 6.5 overall with no band less than 6 for the majority of the universities. However, there are a few which will accept overall 6 with no band less than 5.5.
All the best.

Dear Mandar,
Yes, it will be helpful if you do your MS in Australia in the same line. You need to do your IELTS and score overall 6.5 with no band less than 6 for majority of the universities and at the least should have 65% or equivalent in your BE.
Your work experience will give you an edge, when you apply for work later, also do not choose an MS with less than 2 years duration as this will make you ineligible for PR later on.
All the best.

Dear Nahid,
I would suggest you do MS in the same line and choose a specialisation in which you are interested. While selecting the course and university, you can select the college which offer you an internship at the end of the course.
This will increase your chances of getting employed in the same firm, where you will do your internship as you already have 2 years of experience and if you perform well during the internship. It helps if your 2 year experience is with a known company and yes, IELTS and your academic scores are enough.
All the best.

Hi Sabina,
There is no such course, until and unless you know your interests and know what you want. Similarly, there is no course leading to PR. If you are talking about registration in nursing, you must clear a licensing exam. This will depend on your skills and knowledge and not a particular course.
If you are interested in nursing and looking for PG courses in nursing, you can check the link mentioned below:
