Its very hard for freshers, Australian employers prefers experienced people. That said international students are eligible to stay and work for 2 to 3 years after course completion. Here the course duration is very important, it is good if you can pursue a course lasting for more than a year. Build your skills, work hard on your academics, establish a network, make friends and be confident.Australia on the whole has plenty of opportunities.

It's tough. By merely doing B.Sc. from India will not guarantee job in Australia as it's only graduation. Abroad countries look for candidates having done specializations for job.
Therefore it is highly suggested that you at least complete your Masters degree before looking for job in countries like Australia.
All the best.!!!

Hi Vineeth, thank you for the query. There are courses in Metallurgical Engineering. However firstly, you must know that studying a Bachelors degree abroad is quite expensive. Secondly, as you (would) have completed a Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering, you are eligible for credit exemptions. Thirdly, although you're eligible for the credit exemption(s) it is not always guaranteed that you may receive the credits. Fourthly, you still may have to study three years of your Bachelors degree similar to India, after the credit exemption. Metallurgy is a very expensive field so a minimum of INR 12 lakhs + $19,000 per year for tuition fee a

There are no scholarships available for a Bachelors degree in Australia. There may be bursaries. Hope this helps. Thanks!
