First thing you have to decide which country you wanted to go and study. The factors which you have to consider are Duration, cost ,part time job earnings and stay back options. UK has an advantage all masters are one year program and that saves one year of your life. In two years in USA and Canada out of 104 weeks University functions only for 60 weeks balance are all holidays. the same 60 weeks in Australia and whatever is taught in 60 weeks is taught in 50 weeks. Dear Ranjita, I will advice you to try for IIT once again. IIT degrees are reputed all over the world. Studying in India will also lessen any financial burden. If however you don't get through an IIT pursue your MS abroad but from respectable universities. For the top universities please refer to QS Ranking.

For any medical and para medical masters program Abroad you have to register in the respective medical council and then only you can do your masters if it is clinical programs. We suggest you to take up masters in non clinical program related to your area on interest and the you register in the council.

Few years gap is acceptable and depends on how you utilized your gap. If you had been working, it will not be considered as gap at all! Which country would be suitable for you is again something which will depend on what you want to study, what your career plans are, your budget, your overall profile and so on. You must narrow down your choices basis the above factors. If you can share more details perhaps I can guide you better.

You can check out Deakin University, University of Western Sydney, RMIT, the job prospects are fair and will depend on your academic performance and also your current line of study and work experience, please select a 2 year program or else you will not get points for PR, as per current rules you will also get a 2 year Post study work visa.

Any course below two years would not offer stay back options in Australia. Also if you are applying for a 1.5 year program try to get a packaged 2 year offer. Your consultant might help you here. Hope this helps.

Hello Nirav. Givien the new immigration laws of UK, it is very difficult to get a PR there. But if you are very much into the British culture you can go to Ireland.
Talking about USA, it is easier than UK right now. Canada is also a very good option and is very easy to get settled into although the college in USA are better.
