GATE is normally followed by all reputed Universities. Of course some of them have their own exams to admit students. But firstly why no to GATE? Study and appear for it. It will tell you where you stand. Path to good and reputed universities is only through GATE.

It's very nice to know your dream of going to Germany for studying engineering after diploma. But I am afraid that eligibility for admission would be 12th and not diploma. I also would like to advise you to approach specialised agency dealing with sending students to Germany.

There is no campus placement unlike Indian universities. They have career assistance cells, they will organize career and job fairs, networking events, industrial link ups etc. If you are doing very good in your academics you will lead the race. Good Luck.

Management quota seats are solely dependent on the college management, and the amount is kept confidential, they don't advertise it publicly. So, if you are looking forward for it contact the college itself.
