Hi Venkatesh,
The higher the grades, the better for you. More than 70% is good. If you want to go to US you must also take the SAT which is not required in UK. Also, you must take IELTS (UK) or TOEFL (US). Some of the top universities are
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Georgia Institute of Technology
Purdue University
California Institute of Technology
University of Huddersfield
Sheffield Hallam University
Glyndwr University
Imperial College etc.

Hello, chances could have been better had your grades been more than 85% in B.Tech. You may still apply but I don't think we are in a position to tell if you will get admissions. Keep in mind the numerous applications to be received by the university alongside yours. You will be shortlisted if they find your application better than the rest. Take the GATE or GRE for maximizing the chances. Also look at other options too which could be lesser competitive than Germany.

Hello Piyush,
Diplomas are not accepted for admissions to German universities. You must either clear IIT JEE Advanced or enroll into a Bachelor degree program and complete the first year. Additionally, you must know German language and must also take the IELTS. Please refer to the DAAD website for more information:

1. To pursue M.Tech, you have to crack GATE exam in one of the subject.
2. For MBA, you have to crack CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
If you have great command in technical field, then you must opt for M.Tech. The fees is much higher in MBA in comparison with M.Tech.
