The HAN University is quiet good but before you think of taking admission here, check out the course, it's highly research based. Join here only if this interests you. You have very high chances of getting a job as a researcher, it that what you want? The research department is great here and the professors are very helpful as well. Teaching quality is good but it is a bit on the expensive side.
Also, the course is quiet tough and requires hard work and dedication. Many students come here with the notion that it would be easy to clear.

Dear Shashank,
Apparently, both the countries are good and have world famous universities. If you ask about a third country it is actually Germany which has a higher reputation in the field of automobile engineering. You may zero in your country choice based on the admission requirements, post study work options , expenses etc. USA is expensive.
