Usually, all academies and colleges start their admission process very early if compared to the +2 result dates.
The results keep coming throughout a month for various boards and hence almost everywhere provisional admission is accepted beforehand.
You will be required to justify the eligibility criteria after your result is declared for the minimum requirement as desired by the institution.
In case you do not score the minimum percentage than your provisional admission shall be cancelled.
After you satisfy the eligibility and the college accepts it, your admission is confirmed.

You need to understand that Pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible.
Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visit http://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/medical-ind.htm and go to the class 2nd e

If you belong to the reserved category like OBC/SC/ST then you can contact your community commission. They have schemes and provide freeship and scholarships to candidates belonging to their community. You may also do 'C' Certificate of Air Wing, it will help you in getting 40 hours of free-flying from any government flying club. Otherwise, the last resort is a loan from banks which almost everyone does.

AME will not take you to a pilot's seat in the cockpit. The requirement to become a pilot is 10+2 with 50% marks in PCM, if you satisfy the criteria then only you can take admission and pursue your CPL training. After the completion of the training, you will be issued a license by DGCA. Only then you can apply and become a pilot.
